Start with the docs
The kit ships with 63docs, written for you and for your agents: architecture, rules files, and the failure modes we already hit so you don't have to. A guided /setup onboarding walks you through keys, env files, migrations, and your first deploy. The public docs site is coming; until then, everything lives in your repo, exactly where your agents can read it.
