Terms of sale

Last updated July 16, 2026

These terms govern your purchase of Bump. By buying, you agree to them and to the license, which governs how you may use the code after delivery.

Who you are buying from

Bump is sold by Koora Care Pty Ltd, an Australian company and the company behind Bump. Payments are processed by Koora Care Pty Ltd, and your card statement will show KOORA. Questions: support@bump.build.

What you are buying

Bump is a one-time purchase of a source-code starter kit: $299 USD at the launch price, down from the regular $449. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.

You buy the version of the kit as it stands at purchase: a snapshot that becomes your codebase from day one. The product is the head start, not ongoing maintenance. New major versions are separate releases. For 12 months after purchase, security issues found in your version are covered: an advisory with a ready-to-paste AI patch prompt, plus the code fix to pull if it still applies.

Delivery

Checkout collects your GitHub username. After payment, a private repository is generated for you and shared with that GitHub account, normally within minutes. You will also get a delivery email at the address you gave Stripe. Check the username carefully before paying: the repository invite goes to that exact account. If you entered the wrong one, email support and we will redirect the delivery to the right account.

License

Your use of the code is governed by the license: the plain-words summary is at bump.build/license and the binding text is the LICENSE.md that ships in your repository. In short: unlimited products you own, no reselling or redistributing the kit itself, and each purchased copy is watermarked to its licensee.

Refunds and your consumer rights

Because the full source code is delivered minutes after purchase, there are no change-of-mind refunds. If the kit is not as described or you cannot get it running, email support@bump.build and we will make it right or refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live. For buyers in Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a purchase is refunded, the license terminates: you delete your copies and stop using the kit in new work.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion and its own fees. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. The kit itself is provided as described in the license: you are responsible for the products you build with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. This does not displace mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future sales. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it; we date every revision at the top of this page.
